Infrared Data Port
Download race data from one P3 to another. Clone multiple P3s, even after the race has started.     Programming any Enduro computer can be a pain, so we devised a new method to help you program your P3 faster and easier.  We've designed a built in infrared data link that works much like the remote control on your TV set.  The data link allows one P3 to share it's race data with another P3, so you can program one unit, and then download that data into as many other P3s as you like.  Since the self contained Infrared Diodes have a range of over 6 feet, you can transfer a program into a P3 without even removing it from the motorcycle.

Datalog Feature                                                                                                                          Captures your Enduro performance data for review after the race     

The ultimate bench racing accessory, our new Datalog will separate brag from fact and provide you with an important training tool as well. Once you've begun a race, the P3 Datalog takes an electronic snapshot of your DifTime display (your seconds or minutes +/-), once each minute. This is then saved into a databank, which collects the DifTime results for each minute of the entire race. After the event, download your Datalog to your laptop or desktop computer using the infrared datalink, and our Windows program will graph the results. What you'll see is like a time line, that shows each minute of the race, and shows if you were early, late, or just on time, at every minute, all day. What a fabulous way to compare your performance with your friends, or use it to improve your riding and timekeeping technique. You can even print out the graph, and save it for reference next year!

Installs in the stock rotor of all 2000 and 2001 KTM's    

If you have a 2000 or 2001 KTM, your front disk has a ready-made hole just for mounting this handy magnet. Made from a super strong neo-dymium permanent magnet, contained in a nylon collar. Installs in minutes, and lasts for years. Works with the FHR PaceMaker and other brands of electronic computers.

Remote thumb switch
Standard equipment for easy operation under race conditions.                                      Many of our PaceMaker II owners wanted a better system for incrementing the mileage during a race. For easier operation, the new P3 is equipped with a remote up/down switch. This means that you can increment your odometer without removing your hand from the left grip. It's faster, safer, and keeps you in control. Our custom designed switch is made from super strong fiberglass reinforced nylon, so it's plenty tough.
Optional Windows Program
Allows you to communicate between your P3 and your laptop or desktop PC for faster programming. The P3's data transfer technology allows you to connect the P3 with any laptop or desktop computer equipped with an infrared serial device. With our Windows-based user interface, you can enter a PaceMaker race program into your IBM-compatible computer using the keyboard and number pad. (This is infinitely faster than just using the four buttons on the P3). You can even gather race files from Internet sites, save files on your hard drive, or send a race file to your club bulletin board! To load these into your P3, simply establish an electronic link with the Infrared data port. You can do it all with the new P3. It truly brings Enduro technology into the Internet age! 
Optional Audible alarm
Alerts you before possible checkpoints.                                                                   PaceMaker II owners asked us for a way to keep track of possible checks. We wanted a way to track possibles that everybody could use, not just the rocket-fast pros, and wait til you try out what we've come up with. A loud (102dbA) piezo horn alerts you 1/10th of a mile BEFORE you reach a possible check location, so you won't get caught off guard if you're early. This means that instead of constantly checking your instruments, now you can just concentrate on the trail until you hear the alarm, and then check your PaceMaker 3. If you don't see any checkpoint, go for it until the alarm sounds again. Just like they say, it's Simple, Safe, and Effective!
